Please note that on June 29, 2015 I issued a Postable wish list for the remainder of 2015---so far, it looks like all my wishes are coming true!
How do I know? Let's start with the basics.
Production company info is the holy grail. It tells you all about who is involved and how long filming is scheduled to take place. Notice it ends this week! |
Wait, Afghanistan?! Didn't we do this in "To Whom It May Concern"?
Whatever the reason, it looks like they were going to need a LOT of people to help make the scenes possible. From putting an add on Craigslist to posting this ad to Facebook, the casting staff no doubt had their hands full!
So how did I figure out we're going to D.C.? Well besides a little deduction based on cast twitpics, there's also the local paper!
Look at him. You might see him as the head of a Congressional Committee in front of whom the Postables might appear at a hearing, if you think back to that pic Kristin posted of the quartet in very federal setting. He could also potentially be the Postmaster General, if we accept that the Postables might be in town to check in with their supervisor (more on this during Washington Week: Extended Delivery). What we know for sure about Davis is that he appears in the film in some capacity. I leave it to you Postables to decide what his role might be! **Update: This may be a piece of scoop for #SSD2. Without film titles, it's possible I filed this one under the wrong film. Only time will tell!** |
So, like I said in the title: This truly isn't a drill. We really are headed to Washington!
You definitely learned something today, didn't you, Postables? Come back tomorrow, what you learn might cause you to fall out of your seat with excitement. That may just be me teasing, though. But really I'm not.
