Episode Scripts
To be honest, I'm not even sure how I came across this resource. It's actually all the SSD scripts from episode one of the series on. This would be a great resource for those who have not seen From Paris with Love, as the script is included. There is a caveat, however. The dialogue doesn't identify the character---or commercial breaks---making it impossible to follow as a script unless you've seen the episode and remember who says what and when! Luckily the script is searchable, so if you are trying to remember a specific line or word, you can at least search it! Have fun! |
Those Missing "Dark of Night" Stills
I've come to find out running a blog such as this that pictures are everything. So when it comes to graphics, I can pretty much find anything...except episode still from "Dark of Night." For some reason they are inexplicably missing from the Hallmark Channel website. That was a problem, until I went here. You can view the gallery, but in order to extract the photos you're going to have to do some trickery, that might require you inspect elements. I may very well dedicate a future post to unlocking the shots for easy download. I'll add it to the editorial calendar. In the meantime, look through the gallery to tide you over! |

Perhaps the most exciting thing was the discovery of these SoundCloud playlist by a member of the POstables Facebook Group. The tracks are courtesy of Jeff Tymoschuk, who has worked on both For Christmas and From Paris with Love, as well as on the weekly series. I was unable to find the For Christmas SoundCloud assets, as I don't think they exist. Pair the From Paris with Love soundtrack below with my previous collection of the popular music from the film and I think you've got about the entire soundtrack, minus the music from the porch swing scene at the end.
I tried my best to find tracks by fellow composer, James Jandrisch, whose music in "The Treasure Box" was up for an award at the 2015 Canadian Film Awards, to no avail. I am hoping he might take Jeff's route and post them for all of us to enjoy.
I listened Tymoschuk's "Norman & Rita" and cried just from listening to it. Music is like another character in this show when you strip away the dialogue!
Enjoy the music I could find in the SoundCloud players below!
