BIG NEWS out of Winter TCAs about the future of our favorite show!

On February 9, 2019, Hallmark Channel hosted it's 2019 Winter Television Critics Association (TCA) event where it announced upcoming projects and programming. This year, they dropped some HUGE news---more Signed, Sealed, Delivered is coming our way!

According to this press release, another Signed, Sealed, Delivered film is in development for Hallmark Drama. You might remember the launch of Hallmark Drama was announced during their Summer TCA 2017 event. Still in the process of being carried by all major Cable providers, this new Signed, Sealed, Delivered movie will be a signature premiere to help re-launch the channel.

Needless to say she's really excited to be immersing herself into the world of the POstables once more to bring us another story which will no doubt be heartfelt, amazing and poised to teach us many more important poignant lessons about life and love.

For those of you concerned about the move to Hallmark Drama---I hear you. I don't have the channel myself! But there's plenty of time to ask our cable and TV providers. Anyone concerned they will miss the premiere because the channel requires an upgraded package or more money---take heart. There are options to get you the channel for FREE right around the time of the premiere, and a vast network of tech savvy POstables ready to help arrange some alternate ways to watch as we get closer. I'll be sure to make A&D a place where you can connect with resources as we move forward.

In the meantime---enjoy this moment. #Deliver2018 (now 2019!) was ultimately a success and you have yourselves to thank for that. It also means another round of filming updates, a premiere date, promo photos and that makes a lead-up to a new film fun and exciting. I'm happy---you should be too!

I'm so excited!! I don't get the channel (yet!) but you know I'll be bugging my cable company until they add it. No chance of me missing my favorite gang of POstables! I just couldn't be more excited about adding to the franchise. I know that Hallmark must know what a gem they have in SSD to make it the first big thing on Hallmark Drama. The POstables launched HMM and we'll just do it again for HD. We've got this! No worries! Can't wait to see where this next chapter takes our favorite foursome.

This is fantastic news - I think the fact that SSD will be a signature premiere bodes to the popularity and success (not to mention the following) of this series. Hallmark is looking for a Win-win here. A way to make all of us happy and a way to promote their new channel. I am truly grateful there will be another - and I will figure out a way to see it as it gets closer! AND Chandel - in the meantime - I will rely on YOU to keep us informed as we go....Woo Hoo!!

Wondeful news! I saw yhis last week. I have already contacted Comcast(Xfinity) as i wanted to see Eric's new movie. But to no avail(YET) WE ALL need to contact our providers to get HD to our platform. Thank you Chandel! We will continue to look to your great updates! Yeah can't wait for NEW SSD!!!!!💞

Great news!!! That channel is on my Dish Network (which I love, by the way), so Postables may want to consider switching.

My cable won’t carry the channel BUT— we have Roku and I think they do. I don’t care what extra I have to pay! I will skip a few meals if need be to pay for it😺

Very glad to learn this. They have certainly taken their own sweet time in making this decision. Needless to say, it is a ploy to get people to pay for the Drama channel because many would not do so otherwise. Myself included. If my provider does not carry it, I will just have to stop watching. This whole bait and switch thing is way over the top.

I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL HALLMARK CHANEL WATCHER FOR A LONG TIME.I HAVE TRIED TO FIND THE DRAMA CH.
BUT ALL I GET IS DRAMA.
I'M SORRY I DON'T THINK IT'S FAIR FOR THEM TO DO THIS.

I REALLY LOVE THIS SHOW.I'M A SENIOR AND ON A STRICT
BUDGET.MY PROVIDER DOSEN'T HAVE THE DRAMA CH.

Don't get too upset if your cable or satellite TV provider does not carry Hallmark Drama channel. You do have an online streaming option available which can be free with some careful timing. Sling TV offers Hallmark channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries and Hallmark Drama as part of its "Lifestyle" add-on package of channels ($5/month). Sling offers a "free" seven day trial period, so you "might" be able to time your trial period to include a desired premiere date...hint, hint. Basic Sling TV service is now "on sale" for $15/month with your choice of 2 packages of channels. They also offer a 50 hour online DVR service for $5/month. We are long time cord cutters and have been very happy with Sling for a couple of years.

Looking forward to more episodes of SSD. In the meantime while waiting I recommend the BBC's adaptation of Elizabeth Gaskill's 1885 novel "North & South". Filmed in 2004 it is 4 episodes long and tells the story of Margaret Hale who moves with her parents from London to a fictional North England working class town of Milton. Beautifully filmed the contrasts between the North & South are stark. There are many similarities between SSD although set in a different time and culture - including a yellow flower! It tells the story of John Thornton a taciturn and brooding cotton mill owner (and king of the smolder) who defrosts somewhat after meeting lovely but strong willed Margaret. Also includes a great turn of acting from Brendan Coyle of Downton Abbey fame. Hoping I can find the book in the library to read now. If you love Pride & Prejudice you'll love this too.
