Five Favorites: Wardrobe

I've always been fascinated by---and totally in love with---the wardrobe on Signed, Sealed, Delivered, overshadowed only by my love for the way every color, jacket and dress is used to add depth to the narrative in any given scene, or over the course of an episode or film. Here are a few of my favorite explorations of those varying functions here on A&D:

Plaid, Pinstripes & Pocket Squares: The Armor Of A Modern Day Gentleman

One of my first forays into the realm of wardrobe in telling the story, this was my first major analysis on the issues, and has sharpened the critical eye of POstables everywhere ever since. Even to this day, Oliver's attire---with or without his jacket--- conveys subtle messages about the state of his heart.

There's definitely a Shane and Oliver bias when it comes to clothing---but not to worry, more on Norman and Rita are forthcoming, so stay tuned for those. Lovely when going back gives you ideas with which to move forward!
