Five SSD #SquadGoals as Told By Kristin Booth's Twitter

I have seen the hashtag all over interwebs lately, and it got me thinking.....

Apparently "squad goals" can be summed up as things any group of friends needs to achieve in life, many times told in the form of perfectly crafted group photos. Who gets to be photographed and under what circumstances are key, as they demonstrate the standards of the person sharing the photo.

So it got me thinking---Kristin has a twitter account that's pretty snap-tastic, so I thought I would see how her Twitpics set the #SquadGoals for the SSD cast, as told by Kristin herself.

Here's what I learned:

1. Be flawless.

2. Let other people see you being flawless, then share it with the world.

3. In addition to being flawless, you must be able to have fun & look good doing it.

Also, embedded in goals 1-3 is the concept that your best girl is everything, so Crystal is her go-to for selfies and other photo-worthy shenanigans.

4. To be included, Eric MUST be wearing a suit. This applies on set & off---no exceptions.

Seriously, I dare you to try and find one on her feed in which Eric's NOT wearing a suit AND photographed with Kristin. Little hint: you won't find it!

He's allowed to be snapped without a jacket, however, if hanging out with bestie Crystal Lowe and they're being adorable together on set. Case in point:
